Tsinghua Law School

In 2014, Tsinghua Law School and the MIDS established a cooperation agreement in order to strengthen ties and facilitate the exchange of students, scholars and educational resources between both institutions.

Under this agreement, students of Tsinghua’s International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (IADS) program are eligible to join the MIDS as exchange students and complete the MIDS LLM degree in Geneva.

Tsinghua Law School, although originally created in 1920, is a newly re-established law school which enjoys a prominent place in the Chinese legal education system. Moreover, its IADS LLM bears some resemblance with the MIDS, which facilitates the student exchange.
