Biography

Luo Yun is a Chinese qualified lawyer. She graduated from China Foreign Affairs University in 2017 with dual bachelor degrees of law and international commerce and trade. Her formal professional experience includes counselling leading international NGOs in developing their strategies in China, representing several U.S companies for their general corporate matters and commercial transactions in Mainland China and helping with trans-broader merge& acquisition transactions.

Luo is expected to earn a master of Law degree from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of Geneva with her master thesis on foreign arbitral institutions’ development in Mainland China.
