Biography

Since 2014 Andrea has been working in a Mexican law firm called Creel, García Cuéllar, Aiza and Enríquez, S.C. (“Creel”) where she focuses her practice on major international arbitrations (commercial and investor-state), cross-border litigation proceedings, as well as public international law matters. Additionally, from 2014 to 2015 Andrea did an internship in the environmental practice group at Creel.

Prior joining Creel, Andrea did a one-year internship in a Mexican law firm specialized in administrative litigation before Mexican Administrative Courts. Also, Andrea is member of Young ICCA, ICC YAF, ASA, ASIL mentoring group among other organizations.

Andrea was born in Mexico City, Mexico. She obtained her law degree (JD) from Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City in 2016. She obtained the award “Ministro José Gudiño Pelayo” for her outstanding performance during the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in the 2016 competition.

Andrea is admitted to practice in Mexico and is fluent in spanish, english. and french.
