Biography

Bhushan SATISH joined the International Arbitration & Litigation Practice Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2016, and is currently based in Seoul. Mr. Satish has experience representing clients in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, and frequently serves as tribunal secretary to arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on disputes in the financial services, infrastructure, and construction sector, and he is involved in arbitrations governed by various substantive laws and conducted under the rules of the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, ICSID, KCAB, and UNCITRAL.

Mr. Satish has previously worked with cross-border litigation and international arbitration practices in India, London, Paris, and Singapore. He maintains an academic interest in international and comparative law, and occasionally publishes and speaks on related topics.
