Biography

PhD candidate in International Law for the University of Valencia (Spain). LLM by the MIDS (Switzerland, 2012). Master in International Economic Law (Ecuador, 2007). Intellectual Property Diploma (Argentina, 2005). Ecuadorian Attorney (2004).
Nowadays, he works as a Legal Advisor of the CEO of the Central Bank of Ecuador. He has been Consultant and Legal Advisor of the Andean Community: General Secretariat and Court of Justice; Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Trade (Ecuador); National Director for Investigation of Unfair Practices at the Ecuadorian Competition Authority; Intern at the Swiss Competition Authority; Legal Coordinator and Legal Vice President of an Ecuadorian Telecommunication Company (CNT, Telecsa). University professor of Communitarian Law, Intellectual Property and Foreign Trade (Ecuador).
Participant and lecturer in multiple seminars at a local and international level. He has written some articles on dispute settlement on foreign trade and Intellectual Property. He has completed high school education in Switzerland and the United States of America. Also interested in sports, travel, languages and reading.
