Biography

Escipión Andres Oliveira received his LLB from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo. He has experience in both the private and public sector, with an interest in International Investment Arbitration.

He worked as a legal analyst for the Department of Prevention and Resolution of International disputes at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Dominican Republic, handling investor-state claims in diverse economic sectors.

He is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
