Gabriele Miscia is a lawyer of the Milan Bar Association and a candidate for the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS). Prior to the MIDS, he was a junior associate at Palmer in Milan, a boutique law firm with a diverse national and international clientele. He has experience in litigation, arbitration, civil and international commercial law.
Gabriele’s passion for international commercial law and arbitration first started at the University of Roma Tre, when he participated in the 26th edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. After his graduation, he acted as coach and arbitrator for the 28th edition.
In 2020, he published a paper regarding force majeure clauses on the ICC Italy Knowledge Sharing Platform. Moreover, to further deepen his knowledge of international arbitration, in the same year he attended the 7th Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration in Rome.
Gabriele fluently speaks Italian, English and Spanish, and has an intermediate comprehension of French.
