Biography

Clio Mordivoglia is a Hungarian dispute resolution practitioner, currently enrolled in the MIDS LL.M. program. Prior to her studies, Clio worked at the Budapest office of Baker McKenzie, where she focused her practice on commercial litigation and commercial arbitration, obtaining significant experience representing foreign and domestic clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, such as the Supreme Court of Hungary. She was also actively involved in a case before the CJEU. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Clio gained experience working as a legal trainee at DLA Piper and the Hungarian Commission for Fundamental Human Rights.

Clio has significant moot court experience. She obtained the award of “Best Oralist” for her outstanding performance during the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2017. Afterwards, she acted as coach of the ELTE Telders team for three consecutive years. In 2019 the team won the international rounds.
