Biography

Misol is a Mexican lawyer specialized in international dispute settlement, with a particular focus on commercial and investment arbitration.

Misol obtained her law degree at Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara) after submitting a thesis on a proposal for a reform of the Mexican federal law provisions on commercial arbitration.

Prior to enrolling in the MIDS, Misol was an associate at Galicia Abogados in Mexico City and spent nine months as an international visiting attorney in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP working on international arbitration and litigation matters.
