In this second semester, MIDS students have travelled to The Hague where they have visited the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal.
The ISDS Reform Library forms part of the ISDS Academic Forum and is a user-friendly search engine compiling treaties and scholarly commentary relevant to ISDS reform. This project is a work in progress and will be periodically updated. The search engine is prepared by CIDS researchers Brian McGarry, Josef Ostřanský, Michele Potestà, and María Florencia Sarmiento.
