The CIDS and the ICC jointly organized this conference which marks the 100th anniversary of the ICC. It was a “must attend” for arbitration practitioners and more generally dispute resolution professionals.

With a highly interactive format and dynamic presentations from real thought leaders in arbitration, this premier event of its kind in Switzerland brought together panelists (arbitration counsel, arbitrators, and academics) from all over Europe to discuss recent trends and decisions in relation to the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards, and the circumstances under which the violation of the New York Convention could amount to a violation of investment protection standards.

The conference was followed by a cocktail reception and preceded by:

- In the morning of 10 May 2019, arbitration events organised in coordination with Swiss Arbitration Association, Comité Français de l’Arbitrage, Associazione Italiana per l’Arbitrato, Cepani, Club Español del Arbitraje, Russian Arbitration Association and Ukrainian Arbitration Association; more information will follow in due course;

- On 9 May 2019, ASA below 40 Spring Seminar, jointly organized with the CIDS.
