The MIDS Alumni Association is delighted to welcome you to its 2nd Annual Event, which will revolve around three main topics: good faith in the interpretation of contracts and in the conduct of arbitral proceedings; the potential international liability of a State with respect to the passing of environmental, social, and governance measures; and the question of whether and to what extent technology will render the role of counsel and arbitrators obsolete.
All students, professors, as well as seasoned arbitration practitioners are encouraged to join us in these interesting discussions, either in-person or online. Attendance is free of charge but registration is required.
