What is this program about ?
The international energy sector makes up the largest portfolio of international arbitrations in the world today. The overall number of disputes submitted to arbitration has grown, rising all sorts of complex issues specific to the sector. This three-day program offers an advanced introduction to the specificities of international arbitration in the context of energy-related disputes, by providing its participants the working knowledge and tools to initiate or resist energy-related arbitration claims.

The number of participants is limited to 15-20 participants. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
The tuition fee for the short course is CHF 2'500,-. The fee includes the tuition and lunches. Additionally, we charge a unique and non-refundable registration fee of 50 Swiss Francs.
Due to the limited number of places, payment is due upon acceptance to the program. Please note that the above fees do not cover travel and living expenses.
The CIDS must be notified in writing of cancellations. No refund for cancellations notified less than 7 days before the program.
