Mrs. Paula Ramos-Arismendi is a highly qualified attorney experienced in arbitration and litigation in public law, project finance, infrastructure, and government procurement.

As a Partner in charge of the Arbitration and Litigation practice of Arrieta, Mantilla & Asociados, a Colombian top law firm specialized in public international and domestic law, government procurement, mining, oil, gas, project finance and arbitration, Mrs. Ramos-Arismendi has represented clients involved in a significant number of the most important projects on highways, roads, and, airports infrastructure in Colombia.

Mrs. Ramos-Arismendi has also lead her team in representing mining, oil and gas multinational corporations in cases before the Colombian Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.
