Biography

Saba is an Australian lawyer, and he has also passed the French equivalence exam (colloquially known as the “Article 100” exam). Prior to joining the MIDS, Saba worked as a paralegal in Doha, primarily in construction arbitration.

Saba holds a Juris Doctor from Melbourne Law School, where he spent his final semester at the Centre for Transnational Legal Studies in London. Previously, he completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, majoring in History and minoring in Politics and International Studies. As part of his undergraduate studies, Saba undertook exchange semesters in Montreal and Bogota. Parallel to his bachelor’s degree, he also completed a Diploma in Spanish and Latin American Studies.

As a result of his international background and vast cross-border experience, Saba considers himself a global citizen. He relies on his multicultural insight to facilitate the resolution of international disputes.
