Scott Falls is a Canadian lawyer admitted to the Ontario Bar and currently a student at the MIDS.
Prior to joining the MIDS, Scott completed his articles with DLA Piper LLP in Toronto, working primarily with the firm's commercial litigation group. Scott obtained his Juris Doctor from Queen's University (2018) and holds a Certificate in International Business Law (2016) from the Bader International Study Centre.
During the course of his legal studies, Scott participated extensively as an oralist and coach in international moot court competitions, and assisted in advising the Canadian Government on trade-related matters as a member of Queen's University's TradeLab Clinic. Scott has participated as a panellist at several international law conferences in Canada and the United Kingdom, speaking to issues concerning WTO law and regional trade agreement dispute settlement mechanisms.
