Christian Iovene is a Swiss lawyer specializing in International Dispute Settlement. Prior to joining the MIDS, he worked in the legal team of MSC Cruises in Geneva as a trainee, focusing mainly in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Certificate in Transnational Law as well as a Master of Laws degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva. In order to develop his knowledge in the commodity trading industry, Christian followed the course STSA Operator’s Certificate given by the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association.
