Danying is an LL.M. candidate in the Geneva Master in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) and a Ph.D. candidate at Xi’an Jiaotong University in China.
Her research interests include international commercial law, investment treaty law and dispute settlement. She has been involved in a few major research projects in China, focusing on international commercial courts, investment treaties and investment cases. Before this, she worked as an intern at the United Nations and reviewed international law reports from the Yearbooks of International Law Commission.
