Biography

Atie is an international lawyer and experienced Arbitrator with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry, oil and contractors companies. She is presently enrolled at the LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement(MIDS), where she is specializing in mediation, international commercial and investment arbitration. She also holds an LL.B. from the University of Shahid Beheshti and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Allameh Tabataba’i University in Iran.

Prior to the MIDS, she worked as an arbitrator and mediator in Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber of Commerce (ACIC) and Legal Counsel in Subsidiaries of Iranian National Oil Company, RZD International Company(Russia Railways) Branch of Iran and other famous contractig companies in the Middle East. She also worked as a lecturer of International Commercial Arbitration and Trade Law in Islamic Azad University.

She attended The Hague Academy Summer Courses in Private International Law which she received scholarship and WIPO-UNIGE Summer Courses.

Atie speaks English, French, Persian, Arabic and has a basic knowledge of Russian.
