Biography

Chen is a Hungarian attorney admitted to the Budapest Bar. Prior to joining the MIDS, Chen has worked at Baker McKenzie Budapest for the past seven years with practice focus on International business law, corporate, M&A, construction projects, real-estate and public procurement. Chen was a core member of BM EMEA-China focus group, advising Chinese SOEs and enterprises located in Europe, including China Railway Group Limited, Bank of China, Huawei, China General Nuclear Power Group. She also acted for the Cultural Consulate of Chinese Embassy in Budapest. Chen has competed business and management studies of economic university, and has gained several years of experiences as business development manager, prior to entering the legal profession. Chen is fluent in Mandarin, Hungarian and English.
