Abdulhay Sayed is an independent arbitrator and legal counsel. He is a graduate of the universities of Damascus, Geneva and Harvard. Dr. Sayed is a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the Board of Reporters of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration, and the Swiss Arbitration Association. He has a number of scholarly contributions on arbitration and corruption and serves currently as a track coordinator for the question of red flags and other indicators of corruption, as part of the works of the ICC Commission on Arbitration’s Task Force on Corruption and Arbitration.
