Biography

Vladislav Rodionov is a lawyer, experienced in international arbitration and litigation in private law, energy law, insolvency and energy law, including oil and gas law.

He obtained bachelor degree from Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) in the International Relations, as well as Masters degree (magna cum laude) in law from the same university.

Since June 2016 to October 2017 he was working as a trainee lawyer in International Dispute Resolution team of Moscow office of an international law firm Squire Patton Boggs. Since October 2017 to August 2019 Vladislav was employed as an associate with a Russian litigation-only law firm, KK&P.

During his career Vladislav was deeply involved in International Dispute Resolution. Vladislav represented clients in several major arbitration cases, conducted under the rules of ICC, SCC and ICAC. Besides, he participated in complex commercial litigations in Russian courts of all levels, including the Supreme Court.

In addition to that Vladislav assisted experts in preparation of expert opinions on the Russian law issues for foreign courts and arbitration tribunals.

Vladislav's sphere of interest includes international dispute resolution, oil and gas law, banking law, restructuring and insolvency.

His clients are major oil and gas companies, top Russian banks, international pharmaceutical corporations and construction companies.
