Alec Orudjev is a US-educated and New York and Washington, DC licensed attorney with a multi-disciplinary educational background and significant legal experience in private practice. Over the past 14+ years, Alec has worked with a broad spectrum of U.S. and international publicly traded and private clients/entities whom he represented in cross-border corporate, securities, FDI, project finance transactions and compliance, and internal investigations matters.
He holds an LL.M. degree in Securities and Financial Regulation (Georgetown University), a J.D. and an M.A. degree in International Economics and Trade (Syracuse University/Maxwell Graduate School), and an M.A. degree in Philosophy (American University).
Alec is fluent in English, and maintains working proficiency in German and Russian.
