The ISDS Reform Library forms part of the ISDS Academic Forum and is a user-friendly search engine compiling treaties and scholarly commentary relevant to ISDS reform. This project is a work in progress and will be periodically updated. The search engine is prepared by CIDS researchers Brian McGarry, Josef Ostřanský, Michele Potestà, and María Florencia Sarmiento.
On 1-2 February, the ISDS Academic Forum, the CIDS and the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo will host a workshop on reforming international investment arbitration. On this occasion, a call for papers on six themes identified as having triggered criticism of the existing regime is now opened.
